EXPO Manger Santé et Vivre Vert 2025

Montreal: 28th Edition

March 21 - 23, 2025

The Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert, the annual event that attracts great crowds of visitors every spring, is presently once again taking place at the Montreal's Palaise de congres. This year, the same as the last year, the major sponsor of this always eagerly awaited Expo is the Quebec organic grain company La Milanaise that is dedicated to be at the foreground of the organic cereal grain processing. The majority of their all organic grains are already grown in Quebec, with additional Quebec organic grain suppliers coming aboard.

La Milanaise is also providing to all the Expo visitors free shopping bags to buy and carry all the purchases they make.

Organic and health supporting and health building products are at the focus of this Expo. It offers many healthy foods and supplements and also natural and chemical free cosmetics and other life-style products. For instance, AQUA SANTÉ company offers water purification systems that are affordable and that remove water impurities, viruses, bacteria, and various chemical components. The sellers and promoters at the kiosk explain their functioning and benefits. You could also visit their website to find out more about the available water purification and drinking water enhancement systems.

The Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert's mission from its inception has been to promote healthy eating, the overall health, and to raise the awareness of the importance of the quality of food as it affects our lifestyles. It also primarily focuses on the environmental ecology, on the sustainability issues and the availability of the clean water and food, and on the pollutants free healthy living.

Mushroom products are also promoted at the Expo and in one of the kiosk the promoter is wearing a mushroom hat.

 

The natural cosmetics attract many visitors' interest.

The specialty foods that promote health are very popular and capture the everybody's attention, offering many tasting opportunity and also a buying possibility of the products one likes.

Montreal Home Show 2025

The Montreal National Home Show 2025

March 13 - 16, 2025

This year's Montreal's Home Show occupies two levels  at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.  This very popular Show that is always attended by big crowds also this year has welcomes great crowds of visitors. Many of them are those who are planning to renovate or to build a new house, as well as those who need to buy new furniture or other necessities for their home. Some visitors simply come because they are curious to find out what is new in the industry, and to admire the new styles. The exhibition floor fills with many visitors right when the doors to the exhibition hall are open and up to the closing hour in the evening. The Show presents an excellent opportunity to discover the new trends of the industry, to chat with the experts, and even to ask for an advice.

his year's Show offers an affordable mini country house with one bedroom, that could be easily installed and could be used year round.

Free coffee tasting is also offered and the coffee making equipment could be evaluated and recommended. It also represents a welcomed refreshment stop while checking all the numerous exhibits that the show so generously offers in great numbers.

As always, the Show offers a great number of various beds, which the visitors can try and even adjust the mechanism that elevates some parts of the beds' to find out what is the most comfortable and which matrasses could offer the best sound sleep.

The Show also offers many other attractive furniture pieces and arrangements that invite the visitors to select and choose those they like the best.

The Show also features a number of jacuzzies and saunas that are great for health and relaxation.

The visitors are also offered green solutions to growing their own vegetables, two kinds of green houses are on display.
