Showcasing the Leading Innovations in Health and Nutrition

Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert this year, the same as in the past years, will be held at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. With more than 350 exhibitors and guest speakers, the 23rd Edition focuses on engaging and educating attendees.

At the forefront of the healthy lifestyle industry for 23 years, the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert brings together businesses and key industry figures to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest innovations in healthy nutrition, ecology, and overall health. Attendees will benefit from sound expert advice contributing to sustainable organic food production.

The 23rd Edition, will present an exceptionally varied and hearty selection of new foods, with sprouted seeds, rare oils and vinegar, fresh and medicinal herbs, energy seeds, natural smoothies, organic chocolates, and vegetarian meals. There will be feature vegan products such as organic black lentils from Québec, ready-to-bake vegetable-puree based desserts, local tempeh burgers, and a selection of cheese made from sunflower seeds. Also, antendies will be able to learn about the advances in the fields of health and herbalism, including probiotics designed for people with irritable bowel syndrome (BioK+ International), new eco-friendly packaging from Clef des champs, cloth tissues, and other innovations.


This year, several leading industry names are featured in the line-up of 150 onferences and culinary demonstrations including Isabelle Huot, Andréanne Martin, Loounie, Jean-Philippe Cyr, and Laure Waridel.

Back by popular demand, the 10th Edition of the plant-based cooking championship of Montréal promises to ignite culinary creativity! Tasked with selecting the most colourful, nutritious, and imaginative vegetable dessert of the decade are panel members Isabèle Chevalier (Bio-K+ International and Dragonne), Marie-Josée Richer (Prana and Dragonne) and Cynthia Marcotte (CuisineDopamine.com).

The 7th Edition of the Artisan Baking Contest presented by Meunerie Milanaise will also be held during the Expo, showcasing the talents of professional bakers from throughout Québec.
