This wine tasting event, held at Montreal’s Le PARLOIR - private cellars located on Guy street, was an excellent opportunity to discover the wine treasures of South Africa. The event presented the wine professionals an opportunity to get immersed in the world of South African wines and wine industry, and to get seduced by their unique aromas and tastes. It also presented unique opportunities to meet experts in the field and interact with other enthusiasts.

PIWOSA, the Premium Independent Wineries of South Africa, is a coalition of 12 leading wine producers from the diverse terroirs of the Western Cape. Founded in 2013 with a clear mission to elevate South African wines to a global level, PIWOSA has undoubtedly succeeded in this endeavour. 

United by a shared dedication to excellence, the wines made by PIWOSA members embody the diversity and quality of South African winemaking. Together, they represent the pinnacle of the country's wine industry, leaving a unique lasting impression on the global wine landscape.

Wine deals were made during the event in a dedicated closed room, visible to all the attendees.

There was also delicious food offered to the attendee's that included smoked salmon and an octopus - feta cheese salat, very much appreciated by all the attendees.
