After three years in a virtual online format, the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert is back at the Center des congrès de Québec on March 4 and 5 (23rd edition) and at the Palais des congrès de Montréal on March 17-18 and March 19 (26th edition).
More than 25,000 enthusiasts of healthy food, ecology and global health will delight their senses by taking part in this special "health and flavor" event. On the menu: nearly 300 exhibitors will be on hand to present their new products, while an impressive line-up of personalities, including Isabelle Huot, Stefano Faita, Caroline Huard (Loounie) and K pour Katrine will present culinary demos and conferences on on a number of current topics. Tofu lover and tongue-in-cheek Jean-Philippe Cyr, one of the Expo's headliners for the past few years, will host a friendly duel over vegan poutine that will leave no one hungry.
“The Expo recipe has remained the same while evolving in step with trends for more than 25 years, since we bring together in one place the best resources in food, health and the environment. Year after year, visitors and exhibitors happily assemble for a feast of discoveries and encounters” reveals the president and founder of the event, Renée Frappier.
