chosen her native city for this very important event in her life. Her
book invites readers to a personal journey toward self-knowledge,
acceptance. and empowerment. It is drawing on the expertise of top
psychologists, psychiatrists, scientists, and other experts.
The book, which is 204 pages long, was first written in English and then translated into French. The English book is available in the book stores starting today, April 23, 2024. The French edition will be in the stores starting tomorrow, on April 24, 2024.
The publisher of the English version of the book is Random House Of Canada, and the publisher of the French version is KO Éditions. Both publishers were present at the event. On the two photos below, the French publisher is on the left and the English one in the middle. And, of course, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau is on the right.
The book draws from the author’s personal experience starting from her childhood and including her position as the First Lady of Canada. It also includes her experiences as a mother of three children, as well as her other life challenges and her various duties.
The book intends to connect the readers to their own life experiences and to help them find joy and balance in their lives.
